Assessment Suite

SWITCHReadiness Assessment

Situational tests and a behavioral interview that verify who is ready, now, for a more complex role.

What it measures

Readiness

SWITCH puts the person in front of the typical situations of the target role with two instruments: situational tests (Situational Judgment Test), which observe judgment in realistic work scenarios, and a behavioral interview (Behavioral Events Interview), which methodically explores real events already handled. Every behavior is scored by the Assessment engine, SWITCH's AI scoring engine, on DICE BARS calibrated for the role - with scores that are always explainable and verifiable.
