Who we are today

Quint is a talent management company bringing scientifically grounded data into people decisions. We design and run proprietary products for assessment, development and organizational intelligence, integrated with our team's consulting support - from Milan, with a dedicated presence in India.

Where we come from

From the meeting of talent consulting and psychometric science: years of work with enterprise organizations taught us that people decisions only improve when the right construct is measured the right way. Our scientific partnership with Deeper Signals is part of that story.

Where we want to go

We want to bring self-awareness and development support to the entire workforce - not just a selected few - and become Europe's reference partner for data-driven people decisions.
