Simone Gargenti CEO
Experience
From symphony orchestras and jazz trios to philosophy and behavioral economy. People and questions have always been at the centre of my journey as I strive to be at the edge of the learning curve every day. After the first consulting experiences with a broad set of clients, I co-founded two ventures operating in the HR consultancy field, where I have been 6 years now.
Purpose
Complex human systems often appear messy and unable to move; thanks to what I studied (and still studying) and saw on the field, I help organisations and individuals master change - whatever it means in each circumstance.
Passion
I’m here to play, the whole world being a wonderful playground. I love music, mountains, traveling and how my children can easily disrupt any belief I happen to hold.

I have fifteen years of experience in various business areas and in various industries following firsthand strategic transformation projects, taking care of all phases - from strategy definition to implementation - and managing international teams in Italy, Europe, USA, India, China, and Thailand.
Purpose
I deeply believe that the beating heart of all organizations are people: enabling them to express their full potential is the key to individual well-being and fulfillment and the sustainable development of organizations too. This is why I have been dealing with innovative tools and processes for years to empower people and successfully transform organizations.
Passion
I love playing Bogdanović and Tarrega's pieces, running in open spaces and exploring the world through the eyes of my two children.
